The Amazing Meditation for Healing Body & Mind

The meditation known as Taking and Giving, in Tibetan tonglen, has been used for centuries as a healing meditation. Not only is this meditation legendary for its physical healing properties, it is also a powerful method for healing painful mental tendencies such as insecurity, anger, and hurt. Taking and Giving practice gives rise to innumerable benefits, including boosting positive energy, purifying the mind, and in particular, enabling us to deal skillfully and peacefully with our daily challenges. Teri will introduce us to this amazing practice – which is quite simple and can be practiced by anyone – and then, in the ensuing 5-week series, take us deeper and deeper into this beautiful and life-enhancing method.

Our General Program classes include Dharma teachings along with guided meditations.
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners.
General meditation classes are given as a series, but can also be taken individually.
No special clothing is required.
Chairs and cushions are supplied.
