With meditation, we can tap into an inner source of peace, find our true potential, practice patience, love and compassion or explore the true nature of reality. The possibilities are literally endless. But how do we develop the kind of sustained practice that it takes to really see the benefits of meditation?

In this Saturday course, you’ll explore how to build the foundation of a deep and lasting meditation practice. In Part I of the course, you will learn the fundamentals of the Buddhist view and how they apply to meditation. You’ll learn how to build a meditation experience that brings joy and confidence, and that connects you with your potential to experience a deeper peace, happiness and inner freedom. In Part II you will learn meditation basics, the “nuts and bolts” of how to meditate and develop a practice can deliver the amazing benefits that only meditation can bring.
