How to Meditate…Better

In this series, we will delve into the fundamentals of Buddhist meditation by learning how to connect with our internal source of happiness, our true potential, our Buddha nature. Together we’ll explore the purpose of and benefits of mediation, and in the process, see how we can build a rich and sustainable practice at home. And of course, we’ll meditate!

This series is suitable for both beginners and experienced students seeking to enhance their mediation practice. Each week will feature a different focus and offer time for questions and discussion.

DETAILS

Our General Program classes include Dharma teachings along with guided meditations.
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners.
General meditation classes are given as a series, but can also be taken individually.
No special clothing is required.
Chairs and cushions are supplied.
