Fundamentals of Meditation
Meditation is for everyone and anyone can do it right here, right now. But enjoying a five-minute meditation every now and then and developing a sustained practice are two very different things.
In this series, we will delve into the fundamentals of Buddhist meditation by learning how to connect with our internal source of happiness, our true potential, our Buddha nature. We will explore the purpose of and benefits of mediation, empowering us to build a rich and sustainable practice at home. This series is suitable for both beginners and experienced students seeking to enhance their mediation practice.

Our General Program classes include Dharma teachings along with guided meditations.
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners.
General meditation classes are given as a series, but can also be taken individually.
No special clothing is required.
Chairs and cushions are supplied.
