We all could use more love and kindness in our world. The world itself could use a lot more love and kindness! Of course, there are often times it’s challenging to tap into these beautiful minds, especially when we are in conflict with others. But by practicing one of the most renowned ancient meditations taught by Buddha, known as “taking and giving” we can learn to enhance our love, compassion, and wisdom.

In this half-day course, we will explore how to transform the simple act of breathing into a powerful – and beautiful – meditation that can transform our relationship with others and the world.
