How to Become More Peaceful

We may find ourselves trapped in a mind filled with pessimism and anxiety, because we feel there’s nothing we can do to make a positive difference in the world.

Buddha’s teachings can show us a different way of being. By understanding how our minds interact with the world, and accessing the deep natural peace we all have within, we can learn for ourselves how to be authentically optimistic in challenging times. The more peaceful we can become, the more we can begin to help all those around us, and, by extension, our world.
