All too often we feel that we have to prove our worth, not only to others, but to ourselves. We may feel incapable of doing or saying the right thing, or even undeserving of basic happiness. Buddhist meditation offers multiple paths for breaking free of feeling limited and stuck. One such meditation may at first seem surprising: cherishing others.
In this half-day course, you’ll learn to understand that the primary source of our insecurities is our own self-obsession, and how the practice of cherishing others brings true happiness into our lives while also dispelling the belief that we aren’t good enough. This shift in thinking helps us to
