This past weekend, April 15th marked the anniversary of Buddha Shakyamuni demonstrating the attainment of enlightenment in 589 B.C.E. This is an extremely important day in the Buddhist calendar because our actions are 100,000 times more powerful! Nyungnye, is our two day fast, in honor of this very special occasion.

Buddha is a doctor, helping to heal our minds
He is a spiritual guide opening our wisdom eyes
To use a modern example, he is a ‘Super Coach!’
When we change our mind, we change our world
A peaceful mind creates a peaceful world
Through his teachings we can attain sanity and happiness
He gives us a solution to be happy, cures our problems and offers real protection
Through his teachings we gain a clear direction for our life
Help yourself be happy and help others do the same🪷💛
