If you sometimes (often!) struggle with distraction in your meditation, can’t concentrate when you need to focus or feel mentally scattered and unclear— we got you!
To improve the quality of our meditation, and therefore our daily life, we need to improve our mindfulness. We need to learn how to cultivate mindfulness both in meditation and throughout our day. When we understand the amazing benefits of being in control of our mind in this fashion, we naturally begin to develop a deep wish that motivates us to practice regularly, at our own level.
