In this workshop Kadam Donna will introduce the special breathing meditation known as the OM AH HUM meditation. This meditation combines the breathing with a simple mantra recitation. Mantra actually means “mind protection”, and internally chanting these sacred sounds can bring peace and healing. Join us as we learn how to incorporate this simple, powerful form of practice into our daily lives.
