How to Seize the Day, Every Day
Living a Life of Profound Purpose
Everyone needs a sense of purpose in their life, a deeper reason to engage beyond the superficial day to day. Often our sense of purpose is wrapped up with career goals, family commitments, or personal achievements and enjoyments.
But what happens when we fail to achieve these goals, or the circumstances around them change? What then?
It’s difficult to develop a deeper purpose unless we first become aware of the extraordinary potential that lies within each and every one of us. It’s the natural potential that we all have to fulfill the deepest and most pervasive of our wishes: lasting happiness and freedom from suffering. Through Buddhist meditation, this recognition opens us to developing a spiritual purpose that transcends our ordinary ones – and can help us fulfill them.
In this half-day course you’ll learn how to train, in and out of meditation, in developing and applying profound, joyful, and life-affirming purposes.
