And if we have not trained our minds to patiently accept the many challenges of modern life, stress can take a real toll on our mental and physical health. However, if we prepare our minds by studying Buddha’s teachings and meditating, we can use this ancient wisdom to transform our modern reality from an experience of stress and overwhelm to one of joy and lightness. In this course, we will introduce practical strategies for applying Buddha’s teachings to daily life and meditative techniques to enable us to stress less and enjoy more.
