Spring is coming and we can sow seeds in our mind to develop peace, and ensure that the garden of our life can blossom with joy and happiness.  Buddha’s foundational teachings are the Four Noble Truths, which begin by helping us understand why we experience the world the way we do and then lead us down a path toward nourishing more happiness in our lives.
