The Key to Mental Freedom

What does it mean to have mental freedom? How would we be different if we had it? What would it feel like to have a spacious, peaceful mind? Buddha teaches us that we all have the ability to choose to be more happy, less anxious, and more loving and kind.

In this class, we’ll explore and meditate on this very special state of mind, the mind of wholehearted acceptance, the first step to mental freedom. We’ll learn to recognize the negative thought patterns that hold us back, and practice letting them go — key to developing an expansive mind of peace that will benefit us and everyone around us.
